1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting MEGATEC services, the client accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not contract our services.

MEGATEC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website.

2. Service Description

MEGATEC provides fiber optic internet services with the following features:

• FTTH connection: Fiber optic directly to the client's home.
• Symmetric speed: Same upload and download speed.
• Low latency: Optimized network for gaming and video calls.
• Professional installation: Includes WiFi equipment configuration.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide truthful and updated information when contracting the service.
• Use the service responsibly and in accordance with the law.
• Not use the service for illegal activities or infringing third-party rights.
• Keep the equipment provided by MEGATEC in good condition.

4. Billing and Payments

The service is billed monthly in advance. Payment must be made within the deadlines established in the invoice.

Prices are subject to change, with prior notice to the client at least 30 days in advance.

5. Service Cancellation

The client may cancel the service at any time without penalty, by notifying MEGATEC in writing at least 15 days in advance.

MEGATEC reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service for breach of these terms or for non-payment.

6. Warranty and Support

MEGATEC guarantees service availability according to the parameters established in the contract. Technical support is available during business hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

MEGATEC shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third parties, natural disasters, or force majeure.
